WHAT IS THE ZAYAM DESIGN CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS?
We have a 4 step onboarding process for all clients.
Discovery Call
We meet with the client to discover their current marketing desires, operations & growth capacity. We use this call to get to know the client before we render services and ensure a service fit is available.
Marketing Scope
The marketing scope lays out what services we believe are best to enter the contract with until we further decide on growth. We'll be able to present a few packages to the client and will discuss any potential additional services. We also present the service contract for payment & signing.
Marketing Audit
Once we have entered a contract together- the client & ZD. We will begin a total marketing audit to help build the strategy and prepare all systems. We will overview the past 90 days of the client’s marketing efforts to see what was working and move into our strategy. We will provide this audit to the client and their team(s).
STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION
From the audit results and KPIs, we will develop a strategy for the client. We will create a master strategy document and sub-strategy documents. We will base our strategy around a set of tactics & overall creative campaigns to reach all KPIs. We will also use this time to check and ready all systems for the start of the strategy.

We want to work with every brand possible, but we find our best clients are those that are open to change. We do have the ability to help established brands that simply need more efficient management.
