J Jackson Law Offices came to Zayam Design through their firm's primary agency with a clear challenge: expand their digital and physical footprint across Houston and Oklahoma City in a market where trust is everything and consumer skepticism runs high.
Personal injury law is one of the most competitive and trust sensitive verticals in paid media. Audiences don't just scroll past an ad — they judge it. Our first move was understanding exactly who we were talking to and why certain audience segments were tuning out. What we found was a sharp polarization in audience approval driven by market saturation and the inherent trust barriers of legal services. Cookie cutter creative wasn't going to cut it.
We built ad creative that spoke directly to each audience segment's specific concerns and motivations — not generic legal messaging, but pointed, human copy that met potential clients where they were. From there, we layered in a full funnel media strategy across Google Local Services, Google Ads, and Meta that included retargeting of web visitors and a targeted placement campaign that ran in direct complement to the firm's weekly radio segment in OKC. We also retargeted audiences who had previously encountered press features of the firm, reinforcing credibility at every digital touchpoint.

With just $650 in ad spend over 30 days, the campaign generated 10 viable leads — two of which converted into cases representing over $70K in revenue for the firm.
